I reserved and paid for King Size room, but they gave a room with 2 queen size bed The gave excuse was that they had too many guests. Why didn't they give the 2 Queen size bed to those guests. I was treated unfairly.

Beautiful hotel
Everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and close to everything. The front drsk was amazing both am and pm shift. Roberta in the breakfast area was so kind and friendly. The only thing my husband didn't like the barn door on the bathroom. He likes his privacy. Other then that it was amazing.

They never cleaned our room. Was confirmed they would one morning only to arrive back at night and it wasnā€™t. The front desk was not helpful, and better understanding that only a Tesla charger is on-site, would have made the hotel more accomodating.
