Stayed here for a concert, super easy walk to venue. Staff were great and the hotel was clean, other than the chair in the room was badly stained and yucky. The breakfast was pretty good and very well maintained by staff. Iā€™d stay again

Quite a few homeless people around the property but none that bothered anyone that I witnessed. The building itself could use updating but the staff was very friendly and willing to help in anyway they could.

Enjoyed the free tickets I won from Sirius XM last year to see Lanier Wilson at the Coliseum. Great show! Stayed walking distance away from the venue. Felt safe to walk. Open to coming back very soon!

I stayed in Charleston to sleep before heading to NC. I donā€™t like to drive the mountains when Iā€™m tired from a long drive seeing family. The staff at this location were awesome! Laid back but very attentive and friendly, like they had known me for years! Very welcoming!

No hot water
I had a good stay but they need to fix the hot water problem. The water did not very hot. First morning, to take shower I had no hot water but my shower by 9:00am. Other days the water not warm. The staff was good about it. They had other customers was complaining about the water too.

Would not stay again!
At check in we did not get second key and then the key didn't work at room. Room was dated and not clean and smelled like mold. Bathroom was not clean with mold in shower and beer spill stains on night stand.
