Staffs were very professional and helpful. One of them went above and beyond to accommodate us with a better room as the one we previously booked with a different hotel next door was not available. Do they sent us there we ended up getting a suite with two bedrooms instead of one room with two queen beds. We were so grateful for that as our flight was diverted to South Carolina and my family was exhausted from our trip.

If you want to stay 15-20 drive to downtown Charleston without the high prices and crowds this is an excellent choice. Breakfast was great plenty of choices. Free bottle water when other hotels charge over $3, nice touch. Free parking in facilities also a money saving feature. Hotel lobby looks classy.

The property was very clean. It was centrally located by shopping and eating as well. The only complaint I had was some people werenā€™t considerate of others and taking up multiple parking spaces. Other than that it was a great stay and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay there again if in town.
