Nice, clean hotel with good location near the harbor and bridges. Nice amenities with well maintained free breakfast, exercise room and outdoor pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is limited parking onsite, with additional parking across street in parking garage, covered as part of daily parking fee. Publix grocery attached to parking garage

There was a leak in our shower that had dry rotted the bathroom door. When I notified the front desk they sent someone to “fix it” when it was time to get my kids to sleep. Nice fixed it leaked more than previously. I kept asking for extra pillows for the pullout couch and never got them. They also ignored my request for linen and I had to hunt down a maid for them. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was very nice.

-main room area was good, bathroom had mold in grout & chalk area near bathtub/shower, door had water damage on the bottom -in middle of our stay, front desk gave a room key to a new guest and walked into our room -my wife & older child woke up every morning with new itchy bite marks like mosquito bite size on their legs, but I had none -was told we had a balcony when we made reservation online, and we didn't. also said we would owe only $40 ($8/day) in fees upon checkout when making reservation, but then was charged $15 per day for parking at checkout on top of the $40 fees -at check in, told desk we only needed new towels and trash taken out daily, nothing else needed. Only 1 of the 5 days did we get room service, had to go down to front desk ourselves to get towels -front desk and breakfast prep employees were very friendly though

Hotel lobby was nice! Rooms had no ventilation so with the hot humid temperatures the carpet was damp, bathroom floor stayed wet and even sheets were damp! Paint peeling off ceiling due to moisture issues- not sure we will stay here again because of this issue- staff was friendly!

Check in was 4pm. The room was not ready by 5:20. After talking to the front desk they finally got us a room at 5:30. No compensation was offered. Also the phone in the room kept ringing for no reason. We finally unplugged it. Not a great stay.
