The stay was great, the workers was awesome. Only thing is that the back door did not read the key card when I try to get back in every time I have to take my puppy out to the bathroom.

The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. We were on the ground floor. We could see the light from all cars coming into parking lot even with shades all the way down. Light comes in from the top. We could not sleep. Also the was a roach in the bathroom which was unexpected.

North Charleston Gem
Nice hotel, great staff. Room had a funny smell when we arrived but wife sprayed some air freshener which helped to get rid of funny smell. Jimmy at the front desk was helpful and courteous when I advised of the problem. In addition, upon arrival there was trash left at the trash can near elevator on 4th floor. Informed Jimmy of trash situation and it was cleaned up. I would stay here again, the staff are good people.

Good stay. A little pricey but nice.
Great stay. Location was superb as we were in town for a show at the colosseum and itā€™s right across the street. Hot breakfast hit the spot. Hotel was fairly new and clean. Staff was attentive. It it was priced a little lower, Iā€™d probably give it 5 stars

Absolutely terrible! We didnā€™t even get to stay one night of the 5 we booked because the hotel was ā€œsold outā€. I made the reservation several months in advance only to arrive and be told we had to go to another property for 1 night. The next day we were told that neither hotel had rooms for us so I spent the first half of our first day of vacation on the phone trying to find another hotel. The staff at Home 2 Suites was so rude about everything and basically sent us away with no regard, as if they couldnā€™t be bothered.
