Cute with lots of personality
The place was cute with a lot of personality. Unfortunately, there was a musty smell In the stair well and the downstairs carried some of that odor. It got better as we were there and we had AC running. Shower was very small and the way the shower head was placed made the bathroom wet. It was good location in regard to King Street but farther than realized to the market area near King Street. The bed was very comfortable and it was worth the money for sure. We loved Charleston and hope to come back and visit.

Great Location
We had a great time staying in the home with our 3 girls. The bed set up is great for a family of 5. Comfortable beds, location was great, and perfect little place for a weekend. Great big TV to watch the football games, and small little kitchen with everything you'd need. Looks just like the pictures.

The location was decent. It was advertized as a family friendly spot. There were a ton of stairs making it difficult for small children. In my opinion it would be a great travel spot for a young couple just not for a family with some children Shower was tiny. Couch needed a good cleaning. Overall vive was cute.

Our group of four enjoyed this charming spot! Itā€™s super convenient to King St. it was clean and looked like the pictures online. The property management company was great! They provided helpful information and tips throughout our stay. Would stay here again!

Great location and size for family
This rental is so cute. Itā€™s a hike to get to main part of king street but not unbearable. Perfect set up if you have kids. The main room is a king bed for the adults and the setup in the loft is so cute and set up like 2 mini cove areas. My only feedback I can give for the property would be the below. Parking: difficult to get out if you pull in so make sure you back up into the space from the street. Also mini market is right next store which also park in the back and that makes it even more difficult to maneuver Bathroom: toilet sometimes flushed and sometimes not also always running Spiders: killed multiple while there for 2 days came out at night

Listing could be more accurate but great location!
The property actually only has one bedroom. The other beds are in an open area at the top of the stairs. They have no privacy which wasnā€™t a problem for us but could be for someone else. Iā€™m not sure what theyā€™re calling an office unless itā€™s an area where the beds are at the top of the stairs. Thereā€™s two flights of stairs that are about 19 steps each. One is to get to the apartment and the other is to the bedroom and open area. We were prepared for the steps inside the apartment but there was no mention of the other one. There were disposable contact lenses on the nightstand from a previous tenant. Other than that it was pretty clean. Since thereā€™s no washing machine one set of towels and wash cloths per person isnā€™t really enough. Luckily we brought extra with us. The tv is large but the picture quality isnā€™t good. The shower sprays out into the floor and isnā€™t adjustable so be careful to reach in with the curtain closed to turn it on. The water temperature only gets just barely warm enough for a shower which is okay but it doesnā€™t get hot enough to preheat the carafe as suggested for the coffee maker. Thereā€™s only the mirror in the bathroom and it was low enough (because of the ceiling slope)that my husband had to stoop to see to shave. While this sounds like a lot it was mainly minor annoyances and our time spent there turned out to be a great time. The location is really nice and we were able to walk almost everywhere.
