Enjoy a great family getaway only steps from the ocean at Folly Beach! Early risers will enjoy watching the sun as it rises over the ocean. Watch the surfers from the front porch while you relax in the swing or rocking chairs.

In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, we have Bedroom #4 which is actually a very large sunroom that includes 2 twin beds, futon, and extra living space--a perfect place for kids! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a pack and play; and bedroom 3 has a king bed.

Two large bathrooms are off the hallway and offer convenient access from all bedrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower and the largest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

In the spacious family room, there are 2 additional daybeds. The kitchen has a dining bar that seats 5. The dining room table seats 6.

When you're ready for time in the shade, enjoy the cool breeze while swinging in one of the two swings on the deck under the house. There is also a 3rd bathroom/shower room on this level. In the evening, you can experience the wonderful sunsets over the Folly River and view the historic Morris Island Lighthouse from the deck. There is a gas grill on the upstairs deck, and we keep an extra propane tank for the grill in the shower room.

Our stay was great, Gracie couldn't have been more accommodating for our vacation. Excellent communication & clear directions for everything related to our stay. The home was outstanding, loved sitting on the front porch / deck & listening to the sounds of the ocean. Everything you could have asked for in a beach house. Great Beach House
It was our first time staying at Folly Beach and we enjoyed it so much! The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could want. Family get away
We were a group of grandparents, parents, cousins, aunts and a great aunt- (wide variety) and all had a wonderful stay. The host is so quick to respond to questions and accommodate. The location is beautiful- beach access, ocean view (sleep to the sounds of the ocean waves) and close enough to downtown folly and not too far from Charleston either. Comfortable accommodations, plenty of room for the fam! Thanks for a great stay!! (Hope to come back some day)

Christmas at Folly Beach 2023
Overall everything at this property was outstanding. It was clean, ready for our arrival and the location as well as the views were spectacular. Sunrises to sunsets at this location were perfect. Surfers, dolphins and so many sea shells was a huge it with all of us. The owners were very professional and so helpful. Thank you for allowing us to have Christmas a very unique way at Folly.

Fifty in Folly
Eight friends turning 50 had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, the house was super clean and had everything you could need. There was plenty of space for the eight of us and we loved the front porch for amazing sunrises. The owner was super responsive if we had any questions. Amazing experience!

Perfect Beach Getaway
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation this is the perfect place! The house is spacious and will easily accommodate a large group. Plenty of towels provided and everything was nice and clean. The view of the ocean from the front porch is amazing and a short walk across the road to a beach access makes going to and from the beach so easy. This was my second time staying at this house and I plan to return anytime I want to vacation at Folly Beach!

Our second stay at this wonderful cottage on the beach
This is the second time we've stayed at this property (never done that before). We drove quite a long distance just to spend time at this wonderful beach house. Everything was perfect and exactly as described. Enjoyed the fantastic location to watch surfers catching the big waves of hurricane Lee offshore from the front porch. Can't say enough good things about the property and the owner, and hoping to make another trip in the future.

Perfect beach getaway!
If you are looking for a quaint place with gorgeous beach views and an easy walk to the beach this is the place! The house is well kept and very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Plenty of white, fluffy towels were provided for our 7 guests. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with and super accommodating. It was a girl's weekend getaway for us and the house worked perfect for that!
