Nice size great room, gas fireplace , smart t v with cable(local and national programs)breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and nice size privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill, and a table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is the 1st floor of a duplex .(insulated between floors).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

Convenient location. Charming rental
My son and I enjoyed our stay. We were amazed at the holiday decorations, down to the smallest detail. We were sorry we never could get the gas fireplace to work. It was chilly and this would have been nice. However, the extra blankets made a comfy alternative. The location is very convenient to restaurants, downtown, and attractions. I could hear construction noise in the mornings. Yet it wasnā€™t too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice Home
The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. I had a bit of a hard time with the gate when it was time to throw my trash away, I couldn't re-lock it. The neighborhood was quiet with low traffic and very close to everything. The owners were very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this and would stay again if ever in the area.

My mother and I stayed at this location for a long mother/daughter weekend to check out Charleston. The location was great and a short walk to public bus to downtown that was only $2. Was very nice to have 2 bathrooms as well as fully functional kitchen (we did not utilize). Would recommend.

What an awesome home we found, Located near the Savannah Hwy made all our destinations so easy to access. The neighborhood was very friendly and safe for walking. Couldn't have found a better spot to call base camp.

Well stocked with supplies. Enjoyed having 2 master suites. Beds were comfy. However, if you are under 6 ft, you need a running start or lift into the one bed. When going to bed first night, sheets appeared to have been used (debris at foot area, stretched out & wrinkled). Since the rule is if the bed was used, leave it unmade, maybe last person made the bed? Also had an abundance of fruit flyā€™s, spiders, & a lizard in the one bathroom, guessing this was a result of the front door gap.
