We loved everything about our room except for the glass on the shower should extent further as to keep the water from spraying all over the floor. We had a really wonderful stay, the location is perfect too.

The Meeting Street Inn was a cozy place to stay in the heart of historic Charleston. The inn is nestled near a lot of the local attractions. The rooms were clean and the four post bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided cookies, a charcuterie assortment, and breakfast at different times throughout the day. It oozed the charm that Charleston is well known for. We had an amazing experience!

It was by far the most Hospitable hotel we have ever stayed in . It gave you a feel of being home . They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from the morning breakfast to at evenings wine and cheese fruit to at later milk and cookies. What a wonderful place to stay .

Yucky Carpeting & Smelly.
My main complaint with The Meeting Street Inn was the poor ventilation and the air conditioner was so LOUD and smelly, its filter needs changing. The carpet smelled moldy and was filthy, definitely the carpet needs to be replaced with hard service flooring.

This property is close to City Market and 1 block away from Kings Street. Multiple very good restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are comfortable. The patio has iron tables and chairs so you can enjoy the long patio throughout the day. The patio also has a hot tub. Check-in area is very large with multiple tables, chairs and couches with air conditioning. 4-5 pm daily hotel offers wine and cheese. Only negative is parking lot is 3 blocks away. Would definately stay there again.

It is in a great location, however the rooms were not very cleanā€¦mold in the shower, something smeared on the wall, dusty. It is an old building.

Loved their wine hour, and courtyard which we enjoyed. It was a great place to sit and eat. Also liked their friendliness, and service. Only thing which could be a problem for some is the parking, but if you donā€™t mind walking 5 minutes, it is great. Location is fantastic right across from the market with many dining possibilities close by.

I stayed at this cute hotel in the French Quarter during Hurricane Helene. The staff were so friendly- Drew, Diamond, you guys made me feel at home! The breakfast was simple but healthy; the coffee was delicious. The drinking water with ice was offered 24/7. Milk was offered before bedtime - it was so thoughtful. Overall I had a great experience staying here, and plan to stay here when I visit in the future.

A very charming ā€œold Charleston feelā€ to this Inn located in the heart of town. Their parking lot is a few blocks away but youā€™ll never need your car because the Inn is within walking distance to most sites and the best restaurants. An added bonus: 5:00 Happy Hour in their lobby!!

The Meeting Street Inn was the perfect choice for our trip to explore Downtown Charleston! The location was perfect walkable to all the sightseeing spots but still in a quiet neighborhood to get some sleep after exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was just right a step up from the continental breakfast at the big chain hotels. It included fresh fruit, a yogurt bar, hot items every morning like egg, omelettes, or French toast. They always had a complementary ice water or lemonade, available throughout the day and hosted a complementary wine and cheese tasting every night from 5 to 6. And if that wasnā€™t enough, they even included cookies and milk for a bedtime treat. A great little southern charm hotel
