Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful, spacious condo offers two king-size carpeted bedroom suites, a queen-size sectional sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms. The woodgrain vinyl-floored living space boasts a 70” cable television, lounge seating, and a butcher block dining table for four with wall fireplace. The spacious balcony also seats four. The well-appointed kitchen provides a countertop-height island that seats three, cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig-Duo, and refrigerator. The loft bedroom features a jacuzzi tub and 32” TV with DVD, and the lower bedroom has an office table with duo monitors, ergonomic chair, and 32” TV. Multiple card and board games are also stocked.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the beautiful downtown.

Great Location!
The location of the rental is close to cute charming downtown shopping and a quick walk to view the lake. The North Pointe Inn is a hybrid hotel, condo rental. This means there are conveniences of a hotel however the condo townhouse style units are close together. The king beds were very comfortable and the size of bedrooms are great. The decor is charming and professionally decorated. The downside is the balcony over looking a main strip of traffic and in the summer it's busy. I could hear the road noise in the rental at times. The loft bedroom is over the main living area and it's easy to disturb the sleep of the person sleeping in the loft by others using the kitchen. The title of the listing is partially inaccurate, there is no Round lake view. I was aware of this and wasn't disappointed. The main draw is the amazing location! There are great restaurants a quick walk away.

The bedroom did not have a curtain only blinds. In the morning you woke up because it was not dark in the room. The air conditioning controls where upstairs and the first floor bedroom was hot .

Great location within walking distance to marina, shopping, beach, lighthouse(under construction) and restaurants. Clean apartment with a nice set up. Disappointed the laundry service was out of service as we had planned for this and only packed for half our vacation. Instead we i got up early and visited a friendly local laundromat.

Couple complaints that were taken care of fairly quickly. No hot water one evening and no WiFi the second day. We were out all day so WiFi not a big issue and back up and running g the evening we returned. The staff at the desk were very efficient and extremely nice. Would stay there again.
