The stay was fine and the room was clean but the lighting is horrible! Ladies if you wear makeup bring your own lighting because the lights are so dem it’s hard to do your makeup.

The fire alert said go to nearest exit we went to two exits and could get out these tow exits are dead ends check your stairs ways homeless people laying out on front of hotel the two stairsways near 1226 are the one's you can't go down all the way

We waited 45min for the room to be "cleaned". Finally get to the room and the bathroom floor was filthy and dead bugs on the balcony. Wouldn't make a big deal about that except, we were told they were cleaning the balcony and that's what was taking so long. With all that being said, the hospitality of the check- in crew was top notch. However, we won't stay again and I won't recommend.

Not only was my room not ready, there was an emergency evacuation which turn out to be a false alarm. Just kind of ruin my time when I was resting trying to settle down!

Nice….But One and done

The parking situation was crazy trying to find the entrance to the Ac was very confusing. Return to the hotel late and could not find my key and the staff in lobby refuse to let me in yelling stuff at me thru class door… a couple walked out allowing me to enter and he was talking about some call button..,it was late and that pissed me off… I would not stay here again 🙃

Room & service great - don't get breakfast

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. It was very expensive for what was available. We were on a time crunch and not being familiar with the area, this was our only option. There was nothing that my daughter could eat so the staff was nice enough to not charge us for her but $17 a person was really disgraceful for what was provided.
