Property Manager was rude, racist, condescending and a liar. Had the feeling of a plantation in the 1800's. Vending Machines not working, had to wash your own towels and purchase toilet paper. Internet did not work properly. One of the worse experiences in my life. Police were notified of the verbal assaults that took place during our stay. Mexicans were addressed with racial slurs. Avoid at all costs

While the staff seemed lovely, the motel is next to a hotel under construction (that started at 7am every morning) and a strip club that was visible from our window. So there's always a concern with that sort nearby. There were also a few unsavory-looking long-term guests (creepy old men) who made the kids feel uncomfortable by staring while they played in the courtyard. We also found a cockroach (although only saw the one) and there were no additional towels or blankets available which was very inconvenient for a five day stay! Yes, there is a laundry but it cost money to use. Absolutely worth it for the low price, but you get what you pay for. On the plus side, we loved the spacious room and full kitchen. As stated before, everyone we interacted with was wonderful. Just not likely to stay here again.

The area was nice and quiet but the room was dirty. Asked for non smoking room and the room smelled of smoke with burn marks on the couch and carpets. White socks were filthy after walking around in the room and also the dishes were dirty.

Establishment is always very quiet, no issues there. Staff is extremely helpful abd polite. Our room this time could have used some updates, but overall, we had a decent stay. Price is great.

Check-in was smooth. BEWARE of their check-in hours, be sure you have contact information accurate when you book. I believe check-in is 3pm-6pm, they will call you to remind you of this. Very safe and quiet setup. 2 night stay, didn't hear a peep. AC was ice cold, fridge, stove, microwave, separated sofa area with TV away from bedroom with another tv were nice additions.

This place was perfect. It’s like a small apartment! Very clean & quiet! Also it’s about 30 mins from Charlotte Motor Speedway. Also NASCAR race shops are close by. The price was very reasonable. We had one small issue with the construction across the road, however the manager took care of it right away. Also if you are looking for a quiet place, this is where you want to stay. Food, shopping all very close

The room was extremely clean and was very spacious! Loved the apartment feel with the kitchen and separate bedroom. Area surrounding the building was peaceful and rooms were quiet. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying there again!

What a hidden gem! We stayed for 4 nights and loved it! Our king bed was amazing, pillows were just as amazing. The room was clean and size was just like a small apartment. We felt very safe. The manager Steve was fantastic and very accommodating. We will be back for sure!
