Come enjoy our entire beautiful and cozy home in Matthews, NC with 3 queen beds, 2.5 ba, office desk, living room, dining room, nice patio, spacious kitchen, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer etc.

Our home is strategically located within a mile from Matthews Sportsplex, I-485 and NC-74, Atrium Health, Novant, shopping centers (Best Buy, Costco, Dick's, Target, Marshall, and many others), Matthews downtown, etc. 20 minutes to airport and about 15 minutes to uptown (home to Panthers, CFC, and Hornets stadiums).
Located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants and bars including brewery.
Make sure you ask for our ping-pong table and mini golf setup for free in case you want relax.
Free Wi-Fi is also available for your stay.
Our driveway can accommodate more than 4 cars.

Bare minimum
I don’t leave reviews. Generally when I have a bad experience I chalk it up to happenstance. When we arrived the house stunk of weed, very, very strong odor. We had to open windows and doors to air out the house (we had 3 children with us btw). The floor upstairs was so warped and uneven that it would be unsafe for elderly occupants. It wasn’t just warped it moves when you step on it. We were getting away from Hurricane Helene aftermath, searching for a hot sower and somewhere to do some laundry. The shower was hot but the dryer was broken and replaced with a tiny portable dryer that didn’t dry. The house is stocked with the bear minimum. No coffee or creamer,. If you plan to cook good luck because the kitchen is sparse. I contacted the owner with my frustrations and was told that I was “taking my frustrations out on him” and he would “pray for my family”. There are better places with better owners.

We were a party of 6 adults, the house was not the cleanest, we found 6+ german roaches(bathrooms,bedrooms and several in the kitchen) as well as house centipedes , and the coffee grounds from the last group were left in the machine as well several hairs throughout the home and sticky floors. There were several things broken upon arrival like the fire place door, flooring coming up and bowing, a sagging beam across the entire 2nd floor(not very safe), the blinds on the back door were half missing, a broken ceiling fan in a bedroom, railings for the stairs was loose and not secure,rips in the leather of the couch as well as a broken ping pong paddle. The location was fantastic and easy to find. The check in process was very easy and smooth. The host did respond fairly quickly,but did seem to be agitated when asked where the relaxation games and ping pong paddles were located. We specifically requested the games before our trip and the host responded as if they were not asked for, only the ping pong table was set up, but seemed to just be left outside normally. Beds aren't the most comfortable,but get the job done. The kitchen is very bare, not much to cook with or store food. Very nice porch and backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious inside for games and activitys.

We were here for the weekend and it was such a wonderful stay! The owner was awesome to work with and the property was listed exactly as the pictures. That master suite was simply devine! We live here in Charlotte but rented this property so that our entire family can be under one roof. Such a lovely home and we will be stay again. The beds were super comfy and the home was cleaned to perfection! Thanks for allowing us to stay and it was surely a pleasure!! Tt master suite

Great location, wonderful host, clean property
We stayed at this property during a family event in Matthews and we were delighted. The host gave clear directions and was responsive throughout our stay. The house was clean and updated and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. One issues for parents: there are windows in some of the bedrooms that are not covered by curtains, so putting little ones to sleep during the summer was challenging. :) The house is located near restaurants, grocery stores, and is a short drive to downtown Matthews. We will look to rent this house again.

Mother-Daughter Weekend
My SIL & I had a Mother-Daughter Weekend with our moms to attend the George Strait/Chris Stapleton/Little Big Town concert in Charlotte. This house was perfect for us. It’s one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Easy to get to & close to everything it seems. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place for a quiet get together
My husband and I met up with three of our adult daughters for a quiet visit. We went to a show in Charlotte and this location was ideal. The home is lovely and comfortable. I would have preferred to have more info on check in procedures earlier than the night before as we were all leaving early in the morning to travel to the house. The kitchen could use more dishes, utensils, glasses and pots and pans. We managed but cooking for 5 people was a little difficult. Overall very happy with our choice and would definitely book again!

Look no further!
This property is a gem. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to town. The outdoor patio is a great place for coffee in the morning. The house is extremely well cared for and fit all our needs. Look no further when staying in the Charlotte NC area.

Owner contacted me at 7:30pm Hi Nena, I hope all is well. It does not look like you have less than 15 people as you stated. And please I would appreciate if your guests park only in Drive way. My review of the rental: Also going forward you should include where you would like people to park once the driveway was full. It was very very unprofessional for you to keep calling my phone over and over again. I was in middle of hosting an event. You need to replace that rug in upstairs bathroom. And around the dining room table. Response from owner The place and rugs were clean and there was no complaints about them by prior guests. We are aware of the couch. This seems surprising.... your tone.... I have pictures for the things I mentioned. I also have proof I had consent to have a bridal shower for 10-15 people.

i loved it here everything was just like the pictures it was very clean provided anything we needed such as cleaning supplies towels blankets pillows and so much more i definitely recommend staying here communication w the owner is very smooth and is very understanding. Other than a mirror not being in the master room is a bit inconvenient because had to go downstairs or go to another bathroom BUT OVERALL IT WAS 10/10 thank you for the stay i will stay here again !
