The room was clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast. However the rooms need some tlc. Lamp shade was cracked and ac didnt work and curtains were torn. We were moved to another room

This by far was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was nonexistent and when you finally found someone they were rude. I asked to be moved to another room since my room was right next to the ice machine and very damn 20 mins people were getting ice because the first floors didn’t work. the clerk had an attitude and said they were booked (I looked online they weren’t) the towel were visibly filthy like you can tell they were used just folded. Asked house keeping for new towels got 2 by the way it was 3 of us. Stains on the boxspring, walls, ceiling , curtains, the door handled has a screw that stabs you every time you open the door. I have pics of everything! I will never go to best western anywhere again!!! The worst experience.

Ive stayed here several times. Typically there is some wear and tear and minor cleanliness issues so Im used to that. This time the AC/Heat didn't work and the rug was wet for some reason. It was a very late check-in so we put up with it

Hot Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Bananas too ripe. A large open garbage bin was left in the corridor by our room. It was empty and did not smell, but affected the appearance of the hotel. The room was very clean and large. There were people yelling and screaming upstairs for quite some time in the evening.
