Wonderful stay.
Our stay was quite nice. Clean and safe area . Food choices and entertainment close. Beds and rooms were very comfortable. Housekeeping even made my sonā€™s bed added his blanket pillow and stuffy to it . Breakfast was good and hot. One elevator was only working half the time. That was the only con. Even had guest laundry so I could keep up on laundry!

Was a decently average property, safe and convenient for the area we needed to be at. My main issue was that while I was in the shower housekeeping tried to force their way in an hour before checkout when the do not disturb sign was on. Thankfully my fiance had put the secondary lock on that prevented them from coming in. When we brought this issue up to management it was dismissed as if nothing was wrong with that. It made us both feel very uncomfortable, what if we hadn't used a secondary deadbolt? Do the "do not disturb" signs mean anything anymore

Loved that it's super close to the Concord Mills and parking was easy and free. Breakfast is included. Bed was comfortable. Didn't like that carpets were stained and room could use an overall upgrade and deep cleaning. These rooms should be much nicer for $150 a night.

Close to Concord Mall and Speedway and not bad overall if you just need a place to sleep. We won't be choosing this hotel again due to a noisy AC unit, an elevator not working properly (which was a common occurrence we heard from a hotel staff member), a terrible cleaning product scent throughout hotel, and staff that could have been more friendly. Parking is very limited.
