When I first checked in, I thought it looked decent; however, my door would not unlock even when the card turned it green. So, I went to the desk and the person had to come to my room and literally ram the door open for me. As you can probably guess, every time I opened my door, I had to ram it. Furthermore, the second day, my key stopped working and I had to get another. Then, the light in the bathroom went out, there was no DND sign, the walls were peeling, and there were multiple holes in the walls as wellā€¦

The room was very clean and spacious. The king sized bed was comfortable. However, the satellite television did not work even after having someone come look at it, the phone did not work and there were issues with the heat. The heat would come on but when the heat wasn't running, a constant breeze of cold air could be felt. We ultimately left the HVAC off and the room stayed at 70 degrees.

Everything went smoothly during our stay at comfort suites. I couldn't be happier with the way it went, cleanliness and service. I do wish there had been a hot tub and not just a pool, but it's all good. Especially appreciated the Sunday morning continental breakfast.

We liked the way the room was arranged. There was a lot of space. Bed was comfortable. Ryan, the guy who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Morning staff preparing breakfast was very kind. Also, across the street is a really tasty Italian restaurant called "Rockys". Food was tasty and the price was too.

What I disliked is the remotes for the TVs did not work well; the volume buttons wouldn't work, and there's no ice machines on the 1st floor. Also, the television programming was very limited. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The property is an older property. Our shower backed up each time we showered, the television did not operate correctly. Was clean and convenient. If you are only staying a night or two its just fine. Anything longer I would suggest somewhere else. Did notice. upon comings and goings that there was never anyone at the front desk. People just came and went unchecked. .
