Shower head was broken, no water came out of cold water spicket in bathroom so you only had hot, broken tiles around property, carpet in hallways worn to the concrete, etc. stayed here a year ago and it was great, this property is in shambles and being poorly maintained.

The halls and rooms were dirty and smelled awful. The pull out couch mattress was so damaged and dirty they had to give us another room. The second room smelled of McDonald’s and marijuana and was also dirty. Stains on walls, crusty floors. Just disgusting. Never stay here. Everywhere was dark and dingy.

Pool closed with no notification.

Friendly, speedy registration but then… After a 10 hour drive, the grandkids couldn’t wait to get in the pool (which is why I booked this hotel) only to find the pool has been shut down (apparently for almost a week). Why we not notified? After returning to the room, disappointed about the pool, I thought I would take a shower only to find the ceiling of the shower cracked and hanging down looking like pieces may fall. More disappointment!

Facility was in poor condition and poorly maintained. Examples: Bed comforter had larger tattered holes in it. Furniture was heavily worn. Refrigerator temperature control knob was missing. Room was supposed to be handicapped accessible (which we didn't ask for) but actually would make things more difficult for someone handicapped

Not worth it...

Alot of yelling and slamming of doors at all hours. Halls smelled like wet dog. My room door wouldn't lock after existing. It was left unlocked after house keeping. Only 1 elevator worked. Loss power for about an hour and 30min. Pool looked dirty. Ice machine was nasty.... Also poor job cleaning between guest, I drop the remote control went to retrieve it under the bed and there was a pacifier and pills and trash under the bed...
