Customer service is awful. Random charges on my account by them when checking in. even though I paid and booked through expedia. They decided to double charge me when asked for me to put my card in for ā€œholdā€. 50$ for hold, 1$ charge? who knows and a 150$ random chargeā€¦ On top of the 135$ on expedia that was charged on a different card. This place is a disaster.

We were on the ground floor and it was incredibly damp and musty. Our belongings were damp the next morning. There was a line for check in and the staff was friendly but everything moved incredibly slow. I, unfortunately, would not ever recommend anyone stay here.

My rm#401 elevator was broken you had to walk down to 231 to take elevator up to 4th fl which let you off at rm431 to walk back to #401 so I took the stairs up and down my entire time there to not have to walk so much ask for another room without any luck !!! Never again to many other places to stay

The hotel elevator was not working correctly, and one of the knobs going to the bathroom was off on the main level. But the staff was very accommodating. Bossy bus shuttle driver and the Hispanic front desk woman went out of their way to meet our needs. We got delayed several hours because of the hurricane and had to wait at the hotel and they let us use the pool

They let me checked-in around 9:00am!! The elevator, which is the closest from the lobby, was broken, so we had to walk long to use another one. But upgraded room was great!
