Relax at this freshly renovated ranch, in a quiet neighborhood with great proximity to uptown. Both I77 and I85 are very close, giving great access to Huntersville and South Charlotte areas, and also Concord and Gastonia.
This 3 bedroom offers a fully stocked kitchen, ready for cooking/ baking. There is a great workspace in the master, great for travel trips. Attached to the master is a private full bath with shower. Second Room has a queen, and the third bedroom has two twins.
Outside, the driveway can fit up to 5 cars, and there is great backyard space.

Nice place!
The place was very nice and host was very open and communicative! I liked the house renovations and it felt very homey. Had all the proper cooking utensils and a fully stocked coffee bar. Only downside is the parking situation so if you are bringing more than 2 cars be prepared to play musical cars lol.

The property was very clean and laid out well. Thoughtful with the extras (shower products, coffee/tea bar, kitchen appliances). 3 bedrooms that can definitely fit 6 people. Entertainment was easy to use as well.

Great location
The property was good overall. The best thing about it was the location being just a few minutes from I-85 and uptown. The 2 queen beds were great; however, the twin beds were VERY hard. House was clean overall, but had a spicy cooking odor when we arrived and the shower curtain in the hall bath needs to be replaced. Check-n and out was simple and easy.

Weekend getaway with the essentials
This house was perfect for a one night stay in Charlotte, very close to the city but not overwhelming with traffic/busy streets. Supplies in the house are bare minimum so I can’t really imagine spending more than 1 night unless I brought additional kitchen tools and bedding (including pillows). The host gave very clear instructions and was available for questions. Kind of disappointed in the cleanliness - there were clean dishes that we had to empty from the dishwasher before being able to use it. The bathrooms are clearly not deeply cleaned and the shower curtains need to be replaced. Overall satisfied considering the price.
