This place is not a safe area. Homeless people everywhere. They have spotlights for a reason. The property was filthy on the outside. The room itself was clean. It is very loud with the airplanes flying over you all night. If you are desperate and have no where else to stay itā€™s a cheap option for one night, but just be very careful. I bought a lady some food on my walk across the street to the food lion. She was digging in the clothing bin for some clothes. She said she had been staying at the red roof and she got knocked over the head and her purse was stolen. She even had a cut on her head and everything. If you are a female I definitely wouldnā€™t stay at this place. And if you decide to def bring your pepper spray and gun if you have one.

1 night stay king room -Check- in 7:30 PM .The room main door latch was not closing . The bed side lamps were not working . There was a regular deafening machine noise . No chance of sleep. Checking out in early morning at 5:30 AM - Worst part the property management was aware of the condition when gave feedback yet assigned it to a guest with full payment .

It fit the price. Staff was nice. I wouldn't reccommend a woman staying here alone though. Area didn't have that safe feeling and some guests look shady. Bathroom need renovation and/or thorough cleaning.

Blow dryer didnā€™t work, only 1 towel,hand towel, two wash cloths, the plugs in the wall under side table didnt work, it looked like they just shoved the outlet back in the wall !!! There was no bath only shower, the water was hooked up backwards so the cold was hot an hot was cold!! All I have to say is Iā€™m glad I kept my stuff on the top of the table an not the floor because I went to move a chair an I guess I had disturbed it but there were roaches crawling around!!!! The person at the desk was very friendly!!! But the place in general was not kept up a maintained!! If Iā€™m going to pay close to $100 I would expect it to be better than my current situation!!! I donā€™t recommend going here at all !!!!

Toilet ran constantly, phone was not connected so couldnā€™t call front desk, bedside lights did not work- only one light in the room other than bathroom. No chair in the room, took one ourselves from outside in the hallway. Cockroach under the fridge. Sink was cracked. Woke to gunshots at 3am Sunday morning.

This place is horrible. Stains of blood and dirt in the most noticeable places. Big gap under the door which lets bugs crawl in, not to mention a big spider crawled on the bed and is somewhere in the room. No kettle - in the office there is water labeled ā€˜hotā€™ but itā€™s literally room temperature.
