I booked a room for my wedding night 2 months in advance. I wanted a hotel close to the airport since we had an early flight. When we checked in the front desk said, "Oh, someone should have called you because your reservation has been canceled" I said, No I received a confirmation email the day prior and the room has already been paid. The front desk person was unconcerned and did give me a reason why my reservation was canceled. He just put his head down and continued playing on his phone. I will never go to a Double Tree again and I'm still fighting for a refund.

Disappointing return to the DoubleTree Hilton Charlotte South Tyvola. Toilet Tissue holder half missing, carpet into bathroom gaping open at seam, light next to bed did not work....front desk did not have a clue. Then received someone else's billing in my name and room number. Asked for the card of the Hotel General Manager. There was none, and it took them a minute to give me his name. I won't be back and Hilton should be ashamed.

You took my online reservation and run my credit card for the total nightā€™s stay - almost $500. When I got to the front desk to check in, the desk attendant told me they had NO ROOMS left! I am appalled. I will be calling AMEX for a dispute of these charges. I am a HIlton Honors guest and they will also be informed as this does not look good for Hilton. We had to sit out in the parking lot to try to find a room for the night, or having to drive 3-1/2 hours back home!

Th air conditioning WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. I had to call maintenance twice and the AC still not work. I have pictures with the temperature in the room 77 degrees. How can someone rest well in a room this hot. Terrible experience!
