We had a great time!
Great for family's. Love the food buffet and complimentary drink. This is our second time staying at one of these hotels. And the customer service is always great. Everyone was so nice and friendly everytime i went to the front desk. I had only one bad experience with an food employee at dinner buffet on Thursday evening. But maybe she was tired but i can tell on the employees faces thats just how she is. So she did not ruin our time. Everyone else made up for her short comings. Check-in and check-out was easy. The housekeepers was very nice too. Wish the inside pool was heated it's very cold for my one year old. Thank for making our stay great.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The free breakfast and free snacks/drinks at dinner time were a bonus! Would definitely stay here if we ever visit NC again.

Great property and excellent amenities. Amenities are leaps above similiar properties. Only complaint would be noisy guest that don't control thier children. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay here again. Great job to the staff!!

Family Stay
We had a wonderful one night stay. We had a problem with check-in. Not the hotels fault, but unfortunately hotels.com. We had reserved 2 rooms but our reservation on their end was only showing one room. They quickly worked things out for us and even gave us the second room for the same price as we had originally reserved. The staff was amazing! Also, the hotel was very clean, quiet, and convenient to the places we were going. The indoor/ outdoor pool was a hit with our son. But, I think the overall perk was the evening dinner and breakfast. Food choices were excellent and delicious as well. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

Great location! We got there just in time to take part in the free happy hour buffet - which was great. We also received two free vouchers each (upon check in) for cocktails or wine, which was a pleasant surprise! The lobby area was bustling with guests using the cafe, internet lounge etc.., but it didn’t feel chaotic. Our suite was clean and very roomy, could have used a few more towels, had to ask the front desk when we returned from dinner. The gentleman working gave us the towels, no issues. The mattress was comfortable, but not very firm (I like a firm mattress). Just a heads up for any other firm mattress lovers out there, but who knows - you may get a room with a firmer bed! We did not use the pool amenities, but it seems like a lot of people did and were satisfied in the halls lol We had no noise disturbances, either inside the hotel or from the street. Parking lot was easy to maneuver with a Ruby Tuesday basically onsite. Although, they do block off the main entrance at night so you have to enter from the back entrance and the main lobby doors require a key card entry after 10 p.m. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling needing a quick overnight stay in a prime location or a family. There are definitely more aesthetic or boutique hotels in the area, but for the price it’s a great option.
