Great hotel! Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and the nightly Buffett dinner was a plus. Only downside was they were doing construction and we were unaware until we got to the hotel to check in.. we were traveling for a few days and looked forward for a late morning nap and it was very loud due to the construction. Otherwise everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. We got there before noon because of an early flight, and they were able to get us into a room before official check-in. The TV in the room was broken (someone had thrown an object at the screen) and someone was there to look at it right away. When we returned from lunch, there was a new TV in the room. Things are going to go wrong from time to time; it's the response that matters to me, and this response gets five stars. The hotel is going through renovations, but I never noticed any noise or other disturbances. The beds were comfortable, the shower was perfect (and tall enough), and the breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The 5:30 eating and drinks was good. The breakfast was really good. We were able to get a cot, which is a roll away twin bed. I slept on it and it was comfortable. It was a nice stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again. Well worth the cost. We had 4 adults, we figured that we would have spent at least $40.00 for dinner and $40.00 for breakfast eating out. When you take that amount off of the price of the hotel, it was cheaper than a ratty cheap hotel.

There was work being done so i could not sleep in due to the loudness of drills and banging. Started to become somewhat dated, so they may be doing just that

The hotel itself was amazing and reasonably priced. We had the option to use a sofa bed, but wasnt brought sheets when i asked for some. Hot tub was great! Breakfast, Dinner and drinks were a plus as well. Not far from carowinds.
