Hotel lobby is clean and nice. Breakfast is decent.The staff is friendly. We were on the 6th floor. Rooms are smaller than I thought and carpets are old. Nice quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel parking isn’t great. It is shared with another hotel right across the main entrance. Pool is small. Can use some updates. Overall, I give this hotel 4 stars. It is decent.

It’s always a pleasure staying at any Embassy Suites but this place by far exceeding my expectations with their customer service, great personality in the bar area and quality of food they served. I truly love this location.

The stay was amazing. Julia was the nicest receptionist I’ve came across! She was such a great help and fun to be around and talk to. In the 2bedroom suite the actual bedroom was hot no matter how much we turned the AC down. The sitting area was always a lot cooler. Overall it’s a great hotel and the one I always choose when visiting charlotte.

Blood/annoying lady
We found numerous blood stains on the pillowcases, comforter, and sheets. Once reported the staff was very friendly and actually offered to relocate us to another room. They eventually just gave us new bedding and everything was OK. There was a very annoying lady frequently in the lobby/dining area trying to get us to enroll in the loyalty program. She basically admitted that it was "commission" based and she wanted the credit to go to the local staff. Once she finally left, she started bugging us again at the morning breakfast. She came to and left our table at least three times. Embassy/Hilton need to put a leash on this lady.
