Everyone was polite. But they were out of water so I bought a Pellogrino. They did bring Dasani from the back, it was warm and they have no free water. They did not have a bottle opener for the pellogrino but one was required to open the bottle. Also the bar tender was polite but I requested a Sauvignon blanc and she gave me the remnants of the last bottle. It was just lacking.
