Staff were very nice. Booked a one bedroom suite that slept 4. No bedding in the room for pull out. Front desk was able to find sheets, blanket. No pillows. Room had two towels. Was told that housekeeping was gone for the day so that is all they had to give us. Furniture in the room was beat up. Hiltonā€¦if youā€™re going to advertise that it sleeps 4 then have bedding and towels for four in the room. That doesnā€™t seem to be too big of a ask does it? Or give your staff a key to housekeeping to get guests the basics if youā€™re not going to provide them.

Great Locaction
Nice hotel. The fitness room had a wet carpet, moldy smell. My room was fine, but my boss had 2 terrible rooms & had to find a different hotel. Hotel is in a great location with walkable restaurants & movie theatre.

Very turned off at first with the front desk member eating her Burger King and rolling her eyes due to have to get up to check me in. Then just rude and grumpy. Room was mostly clean. Bathroom was a little grimy but clean bed and kitchen. Not a bad deal for the price.
