The property was modern and clean. The staff was super friendly and helped make our stay a memorable experience. One opportunity for improvement would be the quality of breakfast foods. Enjoyed the vegetarian options, but the scrambled eggs had an unusual taste. Other than that the area was clean and overall the food was good.

The first night stay was exceptional. However, upon return we called for pickup at airport immediately upon arrival at 11:30. The van did not wait for us to get our luggage and when we called the property, the on-duty person was extremely rude. Therefore, we had to obtain other transportation to get our vehicles.

Check-in experience was great - fast, easy and night staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms were very clean and we were comfortable staying there with young kids. There is also a bar on the ground floor where you can get food until 9:30p but if you need anything from the store it's a bit of a walk to get there so just something to note if you are not coming with your own transportation. Airport shuttle was on-time and very comfortable to travel with my family. Only issue we had was that It is not a 24-hour shuttle though as advertised on Expedia which was the main reason we booked this specific hotel and we only found out by calling the hotel to ask where to meet the shuttle that it runs from 5a to 12:30a - made it work since flight was delayed but if not we would have needed to last minute arrange something else.

Get Clarity on Airport Shuttle Service
I chose this hotel because of parking convenience. If using the shuttle, get clarification on process. I had to schedule for my trip to the airport; however, was given conflicting info for returning from airport to hotel. Was told upon arrival to call the hotel was arriving at the airport and would be picked up. Called to make sure the evening before and was told the same thing. Upon arrival at the airport, I called for the shuttle and was asked if I had made a reservation. ?? Was told that since there was no reservation, I would have to wait about an hour+ for pick up because the driver was not available and had gone in another direction from the airport. Had to get an Uber to retrieve my vehicle.
