I will never stay here again !!! I was charged for valet parking for the three days that I stayed in this establishment mind you I donā€™t have a car nor do I know how to drive. Now u have to wait for them to refund me back the rest of my security deposit

While the room and associates were very nice - I feel that the charge to park your car is a bit much. I may understand a one time fee but to charge $35 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday in my opinion is way to much. This information was not presented until after the room was booked. Parking at your hotel should be free for people staying at your hotel.

The guys at the valet were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is under some construction so the breakfast area was a little weird but the food was still good. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Spectrum Center. There was noise from the construction but it didnā€™t start until about 12 that afternoon. Overall, I would stay again!

The property is old and it showed. The showers were not very clean and the bathroom drained slowly causing dirt build up. The velvet was extremely slow getting your vehicle as this is a valet only property.
