The management were kind. However, the facility was quite dirty and loud, i believe they were undergoing renovations and signs said they were under new management...the door to the room was filthy on the outside. Upon entering the room it had a bad smell. There were zero hangers in the room. There was no nightstand. Overall condition of the room was unpleasant. I left 5 minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel.

this property is at the end of a culdesac. Homeless people in the parking lot and nearby. Went to check-in, asked to use the bathroom, ort of order; 3 ring binder on counter titled maintenance issues, dirty entry area. Didn't feel safe.

First this was not the staff's issue, it is an owner issue and Expedia issue. I took pictures because so unbelievable. Sent to expedia on night there. He called Mainstay. We left and got another room, which cost $200 untop of the $65 plus, that was not refunded to us. I will never recommend either establishment. This was an unbelievable experience.

The hotel was absolutely filthy, every single room we went into on all three floors had roaches located within. Stains were found on multiple sheets and comforters and there was trash in the cabinets and old clothing in the closets.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Do not stay here!! Iā€™m trying to save as many people from making the same mistake as I did! It ruined my trip and had to pay for a new hotel! I found 2 roaches within 3 hours of me checking in! When I told the front desk he just shrugged and said well send housekeeping to your room in the morning. He wasnā€™t even surprised to hear that. I told him Iā€™m not staying in a roach infested room & he said he wouldnā€™t give me a refund for that night! He said the only way heā€™d be able to give me one is if I had noticed in the first 15 mins after check in. Not just the rooms but the whole hotel looks sketchy and dirty.

This place needs a good cleaning and disinfecting.
The hallways were dirty. Room doors were dirty. Inside the room the carpet was dirty dresser drawers were dirty and had trash in them. Mattress was wore out and almost folded in the middle of it. There was a table to possibly sit and eat at, if there were chairs to do that. Room had a full size fridge in it that someone had wrote looked like FU on it but was marked through. Bathroom was the cleaness thing in the room, but it was about a 6 on it at best. Super sketchy location, so be aware.

Worst hotel ever
This was easily the worst hotel Iā€™ve ever stayed in. The doors at the entrance were wide open, dirt and debris from a renovation were scattered all over the floors in the lobby and hallways, the room smelled like mildew and weed, the faucet in the tub ran all night and the area was not the best. Numerous homeless people on and near the property, and there were multiple gunshots throughout the night. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else.
