The staff was so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Itā€™s a great location and walkable to the stadium. Definitely recommend.

My sister and I traveled up to Charlotte to go to a concert, and we were so impressed with the Omni. Although itā€™s noisy, thatā€™s expected from a hotel right snack in the middle of the city. The customer service was impeccable, and Clarissa at the front desk was amazing! Every staff member was truly so kind and helpful. The room service was soooo delicious! They even have access to a FULL gym (not just a hotel gym), and an entire food court with lots of options with access directly from the lobby. I would definitely return for another stay!

We loved our stay! We were in town for a wedding/long weekend and kept calling the Omni our ā€œhomeā€. It truly felt like home. So comfortable & accessible to many restaurants/coffee shops/bars, pharmacies, etc. Excellent location and very friendly staff! The rooftop pool was SO coolā€¦even just to sit out there and hang out. Would highly recommend.

The front desk staff didnt seem to know any answers to any of my questions about the hotel or surrounding area. When i checked out the girl was short with us and rude. The valet was very nice. The bathroom just seemed dirty the vents were dusty and dirty in shower. The drain in shower also wouldnt drain, for having the omni name i just wasnt as impressed with it as the atlanta location wasnt the same vibe at all for the price. Probably wouldnt stay at this omni location in Charlotte ever again very disappointed.
