We reserved 2 rooms through hotels.com We were advised at the front desk we could only get one room. We were advised hotels.com only reserved one room for us instead of two Upon checking out, they FOUND the 2 reserved rooms and wanted to charge us for 2 rooms intead of one

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my nephews 16th birthday. Upon arrival the front end staff was great however I will highlight all of the lows within this space: 1. the first room we checked into, had someone still in the room. When i got to the room the door was propped open and i could hear people in the room 2. My mom and I went back to the front desk and let the staff know and she was able to put us in a new room. 3. get into the room and the room is clearly not properly cleaned...crumbs left on the kitchen area floor and the carpet was clearly not vacuumed. Again I contacted the front desk to let her know this and she let me know someone would be up to clean the room. 4. at this point (around 6pm) my mother and i leave the hotel and we are assured by front desk staff that the room would be cleaned while we were out. 5. return to hotel room and room is still in the same condition. 6. contact front desk (same staff) and she let us know someone would be up to sweep the floors..no one comes SATURDAY MORNING. please also note the TV (volume extremely loud) was on once we arrived Friday afternoon but since we just showered and left right back out this wasnt a huge area of concern. once we got back friday night the tv is still on and there is no remote to control the tv volume or power on/off. 7. new front desk staff (extremely rude) is on shift and we let her know about the condition of our room. she shares that management will not get 8.she proceeds to tell us
