Pool closed down
Literally only went on a solo trip to relax and swim. The pool was closed down. She stated it was on the website but I guess if you don’t book through their website you wouldn’t know that. So that ruined the point of my trip. They have now started charging for parking as well.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were stale, the carpets in the hotel were not clean. In the restaurant the buffett breakfast was not hot. The chairs was not clean and when 2 people got up from the table they cleaned around and not the whole table. The pool was out of service. On today the water was shut off.

Property stated they had starbucks daily but it was closed on. sunday. The day we were leaving the water was shut off . We couldn’t even shower before we left . I wish we had been notified by the property about upcoming water maintenance in advance.

The hotel was nice, the staff was exceptional! We took advantage of the hotel restaurant for breakfast and it was amazing! Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a couple of small issues. However, we were very disappointed that the pool wasn’t available. Also, the carpet had a horrible smell. Those were the only negatives in our stay but in hindsight we should have mentioned the smell. It wasn’t unbearable so we just dealt with it.

The pool was kind of dirty, and the indoor portion of the pool is closed indefinitely, but the room was clean and there were a lot of amenities. Restaurant onsite, breakfast available for $22 (kinda high, but convenient), Starbucks on weekday mornings, little convenience store for snacks, an AWESOME partially fenced area that we could let our dogs run free in, plenty of outdoor seating to lounge by the pool, and the property didn’t feel busy even though there was an event onsite and it seemed to be a top hotel for airline staff. We had a great time!

$12 a day to park. Makes no sense. That’s more usual for a downtown hotel. Other hotels near by no parking fee. Showers and toilets need to be upgraded. A/C unit smashed but working. I could have used the $12 a day I had to pay extra at a better hotel. Doubt I’ll stay here again.
