Google Maps made it hard to get to valet parking, when we got there - although we couldn’t easily park - all the valet spots were full, the valet parking staff was still supportive and tried to direct us quickly to be able to check in and park as efficiently as possible.

The only issue we had was we were too close to the elevator and we could hear it non stop up and down. We stayed on an extremely busy concert weekend.

If you pay almost $1000 for one night , you would think they would monitor parking and only allow 2 spaces per room, but all you had to do was give a name for reservation to park, so there was NO PARKING spaces . One of the reasons you stay there is for location. And ordered breakfast next morning for 7-7:30 at 8 had not received had to cancel. They act like they never have events in charlotte. I have stayed in Atlanta and have never had this much problems. Will not stay again
