We don't stay in hotels very often as we are campers and have our own accommodations. However, we were out of town not camping for this trip. Since discovering Tru years ago we don't stay anywhere else. Staff was super friendly. This is our 2nd stay here and the hotel is always spotless. They take great pride in their place of business. It's convenient to where we needed to go. No complaints.

This was my first stay at TRU. I travel a lot more than most people, for work, and I thought this hotel was simply wonderful. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was furnished beautifully, with a great tv, and movable desk, fridge, hangers, and it was spotless! I felt like I was the first person to stay there ever! Great soap! Enjoyed my stay even though it was only one night. Check in was very friendly and quick. Customer service great the staff acknowledged you even when you don't need anything just make sure you feel at home. The room was the cherry on top to the room temperture, cleanliness whatever you can think of. Not I don't work for Hotels.com or Tru hotel and I don't paid for reviews I just really had a pleasant stay.
