I will probably not used Expedia again because I trusted the reviews for this hotel and it was awful despite getting great reviews. Staff was rude and did not care. The first room they put us in had a burned out light in the bathroom, the toilet was broken and the shower drain did not drain. They put us in another room where everything worked but it was old, dirty, and very out of date. Lastly, we stayed on the 3rd and 2nd floors and I can tell you this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not recommend!

Overall I had a good experience. The lady up front was really nice, I had no issues with getting into my room and the room was pretty nice. I enjoyed the breakfast options (breakfast is from 7-10am) and I was able to find a decent parking space. I love that they have a fridge and microwave because some rooms don't even offer that. The bed was nice and soft. I will be back if I need to be in the area again.

Hotel is dirty and out dated. No toilette essential were provided. Walls heavily stained. Bathroom shower rode falling apart, huge crack in ceiling where it appears to have leaked from up stairs. The entire place smells of cigarette smoke and Marie Jane. Waited about 20 minutes to check into our room because there was no one there to attend you. After I check in they proceeded to say that they don’t know if the room was cleaned for us to go check.

The front desk staff was very helpfull. I could not get the business center printer to work and they offered to print for me for free in the front desk printer. Then I brought in my own printer and realized I had no paper. They gave me paper to complete what I needed. Room rate for first week was good. For second week it went way up. And I needed a room for 5 days a week for a year!
