There is 8 miles worth of trails very close to the property if you like to get outside. Less than 10 minute drive to the downtown mall. Wineries surround Charlottesville in every direction. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Super cozy living room area with beautiful electric fireplace located below the TV. Bonus room/extra living area with a moody, fun vibe located on the first floor with a TV and two futon couches that could act as beds as well. Brand new kitchen and appliances. Large dining room table for family dinners. Outdoor grill and patio furniture on a large back deck, perfect for your morning coffee or late night wind down. Propane fire option for the table with four chairs surrounding it, perfect for a meal out on the back deck with a view. Large dog park right outside the front door. Perfect for our family
We visited Charlottesville for a family wedding but didn’t want to stay in a hotel with our young children. This place worked out great! It was new, bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was a close drive to wedding festivities. There was even a playground for our kids!

Wonderful location to downtown, close to bars, shops, and food. Easy communication with host and lovely new neighborhood. We would have liked to see it a bit cleaner, however overall our stay was extremely enjoyable! Will definitely we back to Charlottesville!

Awesome stay in Charlottesville, VA!!
This listing is absolutely as advertised! New 3 bedroom home with spectacular living space. The living area is comfortable and open to the kitchen/ dining area, TV and electric fireplace. Beautiful view of mountains. Because it is an end unit which backs up to a wooded areas, it feels pretty private. We like to cook meals when we are traveling and this kitchen had awesome prep space and great appliances. Victoria was a great host, very responsive to questions. If I am back in the Charlottesville area soon, I will be looking for this listing as a first choice to return!
