Charming Updated 3 Bedroom Home Near Downtown

The entire house is filled with light – fresh smelling and immaculately clean and uncluttered. It is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout, central AC and heat, ample closet space.

This is a stylish 3BR home that evokes all the comforts of home while making vacationing oh so simple. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, good cooking knives, microwave, coffee pot, all cookware and serving items.

There are two amazing patios – one with a barbeque and the other that is nicely shaded with anarondack chairs and a fire pit so you can enjoy all of the seasons.

The living room has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating and views of the lush green leaves of the gorgeous old trees that surround the house.

For those who have to get some work done while visiting Charlottesville, we have high speed internet and plenty of comfortable areas where you can set up your work space.

The house has 2 full baths, both with shower/tub combinations – one upstairs and one downstairs. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, & soap. There is also a hair dryer available for use.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It snowed while we were there and the gas fireplace was an awesome amenity! The host was great with communication. There is a brewery in walking distance as well as a very cool walking path along the river. Ubers were 6.60 anywhere we went in town. Would definitely stay here again!

The location worked well for our group: a comfortable walk to downtown and to where we met the shuttle for our wine/distillery tour. Hostess was accommodating and responsive during our stay. Beds were comfortable, and the amenities were good. The internet was reliable enough to get through a virtual meeting. I would stay there again if I wanted to return to Charlottesville.

Great Place to Stay in Charlottesville
Great house in a quiet area, close to downtown, a Food Lion, and several gas stations. We took a Lyft to downtown most nights for about $7. I got the pleasure of sleeping in the King bed, which was super comfortable. Great water pressure and had enough hot water for 4 girls to shower. Check in was super easy and loved that there's not a million clean-up rules. Larissa was great. Front door does require a little muscle to open and close, but we managed just fine.

Great location for UVA Graduation
The house was great for UVA graduation weekend for our family. The first floor bedroom/bathroom was nice for my 78 year old mother so she did not have to go up the stairs. We could not get the upstairs shower to turn on so we used the downstairs shower. We could not get any ice to come out of the ice maker and there were no ice cube trays so we bought a bag of ice. Other than these two small issues, the house was perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. As the "parents of the bride" this house was perfect for our piece of mind plus accommodating drop in guests in preparation for our daughters big day. The location was centrally located and we enjoyed our walks and runs on the Rivianna Trail. Great house, Great location.

In town for a concert
Overall the property was wonderful and true to the pictures on the site. It was very clean, well decorated and cozy. The outside property was well maintained and the host was lovely to work with. Downtown Charlottesville was easily accessible and the neighborhood felt safe. The only draw back was the lack of up-keep of many neighboring properties. However, it should not be a deterrent to booking the property. We would certainly return again if we are ever back in the area!
