High ceilings and several skylights allow for light and privacy in the quiet neighborhood of Sherwood Farms. Located on the southwest side of Charlottesville, just 7 minutes to Scott Stadium, UVA campus, and restaurants, 10 minutes minus plus to historic downtown mall, Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and central to many major wineries and breweries.

You are in nature but close to downtown and restaurants. Honey B is clean and comfortable, a spacious alternative to hotels. The surrounding large garden is peaceful and relaxing. Whether you are here for work or attending events; for sightseeing or simply a weekend gateway, it’s a great place to unwind for a good night’s sleep and sweet dreams.

A Really Wonderful Stay.
Had a fantastic stay at Honey B. Comms with the hosts were prompt and pleasant. Check in was super simple. Location was amazing. Even caught the Perseid meteor shower thanks to the clear dark sky area in which the cottage was located. 1010!

The Honey B was so clean and inviting. Easy access off the highway yet tucked in the trees and a perfect retreat. All the amenities you need, they have thought of it all. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch with so many beautiful flowers to look at. This is definitely a place I would stay again.

Rob and Lili‘s property was immaculate and tasteful. We had everything we needed, including extras like coffee and cream, the Sunday New York Times, and a bowl of fruit and snacks. The property if anything was better than advertised, and very convenient for a visit to C-ville. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot for weekend getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Honey B cottage. The property was stocked with so many things we weren't expecting but that made our late arrival so much more comfortable and relaxing. The property manager was extremely attentive, coming immediately when we needed help with the heat, also anticipating our needs based on changes in the weather and leaving things on the doorstep. A honey (B) of a retreat!!
Honey B was everything we could have anticipated and more. A remarkably good use of space and design made this once-former shed the perfect retreat for our weekend in Charlottesville. Off the beaten path, but convenient to everything, this was the perfect alternative to the hotel scene. Rob & Lili were excellent hosts, having anticipated every need with information and amenities in this cozy, contemporary space. Communication was easy and Rob was very responsive, providing lots of additional information on request. Sorry we can’t give more than 5 stars!

A honey of a spot!
A lovely garden path approach to a clean, uncluttered and brightly lit open concept space. The kitchen and bath were thoughtfully stocked. The photo album of the creation of this lovely quiet space made it all the more amazing. Since we were on a several week road trip the washer/dryer were a welcome extra. The location was convenient to town and local points of interest.

We enjoyed our stay at the Honey House. It is a seven-minute drive from the Honey House to UVA (very convenient). The guest house is fully stocked with amenities (everything you will need and some more), and it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and relaxing. It isn't easy to select my favorite room in the house, but if I had to choose, it would be the bathroom. It has a spa-like feel to it. Our stay was memorable and top-notch. I highly recommend Honey House. It won't disappoint. More importantly, Rob & Lili are excellent hosts.

We loved Rob & Lili’s place! It was so cute, clean, and comfortable! The location was perfect for us! Super easy access to all the wineries and a quick 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. Our stay at the HoneyB was wonderful! Rob and Lili were fabulous hosts. We notified them that we were checking in late and they graciously left the lights on for us. The studio was very clean and had many amenities, including all linens, kitchen supplies and bathroom toiletries. The location was near all the local Charlottesville attractions in a nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to return!
