Welcome to The Rockbridge House, an exquisite artist retreat nestled in the heart of Charlottesville, where curation meets timeless style. This thoughtfully designed property offers discerning travelers an escape surrounded by the natural beauty of Charlottesville. Rockbridge is the home of the famous custom Rockbridge guitar, played by some of the most celebrated world-famous artists and hobbyist alike. Please note, the home does sit above the guitar ship which operates Monday-Friday during normal business hours and is the part-time home of the co-founder, Brian Calhoun. While not overly loud, you may hear a hum from the woodshop during the day, which can become more noticeable when machines are running. Here you can see and hear the story of Rockbridge and the creative designs that come out The Rockbridge House. Take a moment to browse through the reels and see if you can recognize any famous faces who’ve sat on the very couch you’ll soon be enjoying!
