A very basic but clean hotel. Although we requested Gluten Free guest, they managed to make me very poorly & lost a days holiday due to be glutenised!

The Campanile suited our purposes insofar as its situation. We were able to park the car safely and easily and take the bus into La Rochelle. We had a prob with the air conditioning which was promptly rectified/change of room and offer of one free breakfast. The room itself was spotlessly clean but a bit Spartan and the view from the window was poor.

Room was very clean. Nothing in the room not even a bottle of water or a kettle . Only a duvet - no option of a sheet in scorching weather. . Food was awful but service courteous but not over friendly!!

Réveillée à 8h30 par des travaux dans les chambres du dessus, charmant! Perceuse, choses lourdes qui tombent, la totale. Aucun respect pour les clients en adaptant les horaires des travaux bruyants. Dommage car la literie est de qualité. À noter : pas d’ascenseur pour les chambres à l’extérieur

médiocre
hotel médiocre. Prestations à minima, chambre non prête à l'heure, un verre à dents dans la salle de bains pour 2 personnes, manquait 2 serviettes, ménage à minima, clim ne fonctionne pas. Hotel très bruyant, pas de bouilloire, personne peu aimable. Je fréquente régulièrement hotel de la chaîne et c'est le moins bon que j'ai pu faire.

Chambre très sympa mais manque d'une poubelle dans la chambre (juste une minuscule dans la salle de bain, d'une brosse pour les toilettes mais surtout le personnel qui se permet de rentrer dans la chambre A 2 REPRISES à 5 minutes d'intervalle alors que nous avions pris le départ tardif et qui se permet de faire des réflexions sur notre présence juste devant notre fenêtre

Bonne literie mais organisation ptit dej à revoir
Nous sommes arrivés vers 18h. La literie est très bien. Nous avons été déçus par l'organisation du petit dejeuner. 12€90 par personne, il y avait 14 personnes à 9h30 (ayant réservées) donc les préparateurs savent combien il y a de clients. A 9h30 heure d'affluence donc, pas de pain et pas de viennoiseries. On demande, on nous dit que cela cuit, qu il faut 20 min. Plusieurs personnes sont parties n ont pas pu attendre et n ont pas eu un ptit dej digne de 12€90. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits. Le 2ème soir nous rentrons à minuit impossible d ouvrir la porte de la chambre. La carte n avait été chargée que pour 1 nuit !!
