With its modern decoration and fully equipped, it has all the necessary comforts: wifi, household linen provided, beds made on arrival, nice spaces for relaxation or work, baby equipment if necessary, etc.

Located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building, the 40 m² flat is composed as follows
- A bright and uncluttered living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa (convertible), coffee table, TV and small desk, a dining area with a round table and a nice fully equipped tiled kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, etc).
- Large double bedroom (bed 140) with plenty of storage space and TV
- Functional shower room (Italian shower and washbasin)
- Separate suspended WC
For the little ones, a baby bed and a high chair are available in the flat.

In the heart of the city centre of Châteauroux, you are 2 minutes from the station and 1 minute from the shopping street. You don't need a car to fully enjoy the city, however, there are several car parks nearby if you need them.

Génial
Un logement très bien agencé et conçu, propre et coquet.
Calme malgré qu'il soit situé en plein coeur de la ville, donnant lieu à des promenades à pieds dans les ruelles, mais aussi possibilité d'aller à pieds jusqu'à la grande surface la plus proche.
De quoi se reposer vraiment.
