A good place to stay
The staff were friendly, informative and efficient. The hotel airy and clean and one of the better ones we’ve experienced. The dinner was well presented and there was an excellent selection at breakfast. We were made very welcome and there was a good atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a beautiful hotel with brilliant staff & a very reliable bus service in to the town center and an Asda supermarket just round the corner just a 5-10 minute walk. The food was always freshly cooked & served breakfast was delicious especially the sausages. I have absolutely no complaints except the storm causing cancellation of event.

Easy to find and plenty of parking, which created a good first impression. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the choice of pillows. Everything worked as it should. The quality of food in the evening was adequate but not impressive. More salad/vegetable options would have improved the selection. Breakfast was better. All round the stay was good, exactly as expected from this hotel chain.

The room and bathroom were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The bed was sagging in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We had to sleep on the other side with our feet hanging out. This was our third stay here, and the bed has been uncomfortable all three times. Although we mentioned this issue to the receptionist during checkout, her only response was, “Oh, is that so?” and nothing was done about it. While we were happy with the staff and other aspects of our stay, the bed situation was disappointing.

Great time
Had a lovely night, very peaceful. Great customer service and full buffet breakfast from fruits to pancakes and full English. They also have a pool. Everything was clean.
