For a 2 star hotel, this was a great stay. Good price, excellent service. The room was mostly clean (couple hairs left on the shower wall but, meh, rinse them off and you're good to go lol), clean comfy beds and linens, and the room didn't smell like smoke. If you're looking for a great budget stay and temper your expectations so you're not anticipating a resort, this will be a great option. I'd definitely come back.

Totally average. Breakfast was disappointing, not a single piece of fruit in sight and all food offerings very pre-fab. Outside of our room, the 2nd floor stairway landing was strewn with debris from some unfinished construction project. Otherwise clean overall, the one staff member we saw was friendly enough.

Beds were clean but there were roaches in the room and the door had no seal underneath which allowed bugs and tons of outside noise into the room. Birds chirped outside all night long loud enough thanks to the door issue that they might as well have been chirping directly into my ear.

Stayed Douglas in many times.but time will be last . Room was not cleaned very well . Mold in shower,dirt on floor ,light over vanity not working,seal around door not installed correctly.bad sewer smell in bathroom.room number was 102 would not recommend staying in this room.no one at front desk went there 3 times to get coffee and no one there.this place has went downhill.

Clean room poorly designed for handicap room.
The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the handicap bathroom was amazing. Our only problem and the reason for the 3 stars was the layout of the room and the furniture. It was a very narrow room with 2 queen beds. Not alot of room between them. On the opposite wall was a full wall of big,chunky furniture, therefore making the room impassible for my husband to maneuver his electric wheelchair. He could only get the chair in the door of the room and no further so he had to hold on to the furniture to get to the bathroom. It had a big table with a microwave sitting on it and an office chair sitting at it, a mini frig,a dresser holding the tv, then another big box thing of no use that looked as if it were meant to hold the mini frig and microwave. Putting them in it would have freed up a lot of valuable space.Then there was a big box thing meant to hold your suitcase which didnt allow the bathroom door to open completely so even if my husband could have reached the bathroom past all the furniture and beds,he still couldn't get his wheelchair in it cause the door didnt open wide enough for his wheelchair to fit thru. We did however put the office chair in the bathroom at the sink so he could sit at the sink to shave. It was just a bad design for a "handicap" room. The staff at check in and in the morning were both great. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately it is not someplace we can stay in the future because my husband was unable to use his wheelchair

Pet fee was only $20/night tax! Recently renovated although the work is not the greatest. Water ran under the new glass partition in the shower leaving the floor soaked. Overall very nice for the price.
