We really enjoyed our stay. The house is just as pictured and in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Ashley proactively communicated with us and quickly answered any questions. Will definitely stay here if ever in the Chattanooga area again.

Very Nice Home
Couple of cleanliness issues, but nothing major. Example: wipe down the baseboards and inside one of the lamps in the master bedroom. It had some sort of splatter and the baseboards were very dusty and had hairs on them. It also could have used a tad more sweeping throughout the house. One more suggestion would be to put televisions in the bedrooms. We had a very upset little girl because she didn’t have a tv to go to sleep with. Other than that, the house was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, inviting, and we would 1000000 stay again. Well organized, stocked, and just we were impressed!!! Thanks for having us.

From the booking process to check out, these hosts had every detail perfectly squared away. The property is gorgeous and has all of the amenities you’ll need to feel at home. Plenty of room in the house to feel cozy while still having space to separate and be comfortable. I have stayed at many VRBO properties in the country and have never had a boat be as thorough or detail-oriented as these. Wonderful experience. You will not regret this booking!

Great location!
The neighborhood is transitional. But we did feel safe! The location could not have been better! Ten minutes to the zoo, fifteen to the aquarium. Fifteen to twenty to ruby falls. Fifteen to a wonderful mall! Close to plenty of restaurants. The house was so charming! They did a great job restoring the house! So beautiful! The bathrooms are both amazing! We felt right at home! Thank you so much!

Beautiful clean home. The master bath was amazing. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and everything we needed to cook meals. Were easily able to accommodate my husband, my son and I as well as our daughter and her 2 children. Location great for attending our other son's graduation from UTC. Centrally located in Chatanooga but the surrounding neighborhood is rough. The easy to use locks on the doors and video surveillance added security. We did have to swap propane tanks from table fire pit to grill to accommodate our grilling plans. Back lawn wasn't mowed but it rained and we had to forgo our play there anyway. Overall a beautiful clean house and well worth the price. We appreciated all the interior decor and amenities.

Beautiful reborn gem
The owners have rehabilitated this home into a beautiful, roomy, nice place to stay. Everything was very clean, they don't use those chemicals to make the place smell clean, it's actually clean. The furnishings were great and comfy, the kitchen is well-appointed and cupboards are labeled so you know where to put everything back, the master bathroom is exquisite, the beds are comfortable. The communication with Ashley the manager was second to none. I have rented 50 or 60 VRBO's in the last 2 years, and she was by far the most communicative of any of the hosts. She was very accommodating and attentive. The neighborhood needs more fixing up, but we still felt safe. Don't be intimidated by some of the properties you will pass on the way to this oasis. Once you pull up to the home, you will see its charm, and when you step inside you will be very, very pleased. Don't hesitate to experience this beautiful home!
