The building itself was clean and the front desk associate when we checked in was very nice. However, we were placed next to a ‘long term’ room and they were very loud and had the base of their music very loud. My husband went to the front desk at 11:15 pm. They ended up giving us a new room. This required 5 people to pack up and move at this late hour. We were thankful for the quieter room but not pleased with the need to move in the first place. Breakfast was very good.

Clean room meant for long stays
Had a quick, 2 night stay and it was very good. The hotel appears to be new and was in good condition, very clean. The room is organized well for long term stays. It was stocked with soap and coffee, and cooking utensils. My only complaints were that the WiFi was spotty and slow in the room, so the smart tv buffers while using it. Otherwise very good hotel, convenient to Hamilton Place and downtown.

This was a very nice property. Clean, and convenient for our needs. The only negative was that the was no covered area outside to gather when raining. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Hotel appears to be brand new. It sits on an isolated spot on a hill that is quiet. Breakfast was family friendly and well done. The manager was friendly and professional. My (like new and pristine) suite had a stovetop, large refrigerator sink and dishes. Very happy.
