Very pleasant stay. The 2 rooms we had were recently renovated and delightful. Nice beds, nice pillows, nice bathroom, all very clean. Parts are still renovated but it wasn't obvious and didn't interfere with the pleasant experience. Breakfast is decent and typical. Location very convenient close to I-5 for a place to stop on a long journey.

Great bed
Very nice room with a comfortable bed. Even the pillows worked perfectly for us after a very long day of driving. The desk clerks did well in directing us to Applebees for a late supper; they were both very pleasant.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the train tracks are about 2 blocks away from the hotel. The train blows its whistle as it crosses intersections. Had a very rough night of sleep from 1:30 am til 5:00 am. Not sure if earplugs would help but it was pretty loud.

We had two vehicles and both of them received damages in your parking lot. One of the vehicles was horribly scraped on the side and back end. We had to come back to the hotel at 11:30 PM and there was only one parking spot left to use. A couple of cars were parked right in the front of the door. I needed a handicapped spot and there was nothing left except for over to the side of the building. There were a lot of construction vehicles in the lot, perhaps working on your remodel. It appears the damages to our vehicles looked like caused from construction tools hanging out of a vehicle.

We reserved 2 queen beds. We were 3 adults. Father with a knee replaced, daughter with health issues and me. Upon arrival we were given a king and a pull out couch. The clerk lamely blamed Expedia for our issues She was adamant that there were no other rooms available. Even for the next day, since we were staying 2 nights. My daughter had a headache and a sore back the next day. My husband went to the lobby to see if they might have some advil. Oh yes they did.. $3.00 for a packet of 2 pills.

We stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is under construction so if you have chemical sensitivity you will want to stay elsewhere....there was a distinct new carpet other chemical smell on second floor. As another reviewer said there is frequent train traffic nearby so light sleepers might be sensitive to the horns. We had a problem with the electric plugs by one side of the bed. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Full buffet breakfast. Would stay again.
