With Lake Chelan being quite a sought after destination for many reasons, it was nice to see a lower priced quality option that was still in a convenient location. It is hard to find good options that are just a few blocks from the lake without having to pay an arm and a leg. I thought the room was very clean, functional, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the hot tub concept was great.

At check-in, when the staff saw we were on motorcycles, she offered to move our room from 2nd floor to 1st, and did so, so that we could keep an eye on the bikes. We appreciated this thoughtfulness.

I found the staff rude and no compassionate. I became ill before my stay, and had to cancel. I gave a 30 hour notice..but because it was not 48 hours, I had to pay for my room anyway, even thought I did not test postiive for Covid until 30 hours before my stay, therefore having to cancel my trip.

Decent value for the price. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people above us. The bathroom fan was loud and we had no ability to turn on just the light and no fan. Air conditioning was very loud. Otherwise no issues and it was as expected—a fair value hotel away from the lake.
