Casa de campo was booked on expedia and payment made. We followed the directions via the expedia site and checked in. After about two hours, we were informed that another hotel called casa de campo had received our payment and this was believed to be a non existant hotel as it had the same pictures and directions ysed. We were asked to make a further payment of 2500 metricals of which this dispute is still ongoing.

Llegamos por la maƱana (12-13 am) y preguntamos DOS veces si la reserva estaba bien y si ya estaba todo correcto con el pago, nos dijeron que si. Nos enseƱaron las habitaciones a las que se accedia desde el exterior, las puertas estaban delante de un cubo de basura desbordado. Una habitaciĆ³n estaba bien y la otra no tenĆ­a colchĆ³n, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar (habĆ­a un colchĆ³n de matrimonio justo ahĆ­, en la calle) y que en un rato estarĆ­a. Comimos ahĆ­, por la tarde dejamos las cosas en las habitaciones y entonces nos dimos cuenta que en ambas el cuarto de baƱo no tenĆ­a ni puerta, ni tan siquiera una cortina, y que en una de ellas habĆ­a hormigas. Tras cenar pronto nos fuimos a las cama a las 20h. A las 22h los dueƱos o gerentes (que habĆ­an estado todo el dĆ­a en el bar, a nuestro lado, tomando algunas cervezas) vinieron a llamarnos a la puerta para decirnos que estaban haciendo las cuentas y que nos le aparecĆ­a que lo hubiĆ©ramos pagado. Mi compaƱero dijo que estaban pagadas pero que las personas que lo habĆ­an reservado y pagado dormĆ­an asĆ­ que si no les importa que lo mirĆ”ramos por la maƱana. Dijeron que preferĆ­an dejarlo arreglado asĆ­ que tuvimos que despertarnos, decir que el pago estaba hecho a travĆ©s de expedĆ­a y Ā”desconocĆ­an expedia!. Nos pidieron el mail de confirmaciĆ³n de la reserva y luego nos pidieron disculpas diciendo que serĆ­a que el antiguo gerente el que lo tenĆ­a registrado y que entonces a ellos no les habĆ­a llegado el dinero. Un trato horrible.
