This charmingly rustic cottage has wonderful living spaces on the ground floor with a large reception dining room leading into a kitchen and a cozy sitting room with three large sofas, a TV and plenty of seating space for everyone. There is a door into the garden from the sitting room and a fireplace with wood burning stove and plenty of firewood, ideal for cosy evenings. Original Cotswold features including wooden beams and exposed stone walls have been preserved and are enhanced with contemporary furniture and art and everything has a warm and welcoming feel to it.
There is also a large garden with tables, chairs, a BBQ and a fire pit for our guests to enjoy.
The bedrooms are on the first floor and the spacious master bedroom has a super king size bed, three further bedrooms have king size beds and the fifth bedroom has two single beds. There are large cupboards and plenty of storage space. There also is a shower room, a bathroom with bath and shower attachment, a separate cloakroom with toilet and basin and a utility space with washing and drying machine
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine. We provide all necessary cooking equipment and tableware, as well as dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, kitchen paper, cleaning things, towels, shower gel, hairdryer, toilet paper etc
There is parking for 4 cars on the gravel in front and to the side of the house.

There are superb gastro pubs within a mile, such as the New Inn at Coln St Aldwyns and the Sherbourne Arms at Aldsworth and there are fabulous walks on the doorstep.
Nearby Burford is a charming and picturesque medieval town which offers various weekly markets, a renowned garden centre and is ideal for everyday shopping as is delightful Northleach which is only 4 miles away.
Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, 15 miles away, is set in enchanting grounds and has a delicious restaurant and deli to suit all tastes, together with irresistible homewares, fashion and a spa. A little further afield is Soho Farmhouse, the spectacular members club set in 100 acres of stunning Oxfordshire countryside.
Known as the “Capital of the Cotswolds”, Cirencester, only a short drive away, is a hub of vibrant cultural life known for its beautiful limestone townhouses, exciting boutiques, restaurants, a handy Waitrose, cafes and twice weekly markets.
Cheltenham is a short drive west and not only offers an array of excellent shopping and dining, it is also host to fabulous literary, jazz and food festivals and, of course, horse racing.
The A40 provides excellent access to Oxford and the M40, and Cheltenham gives access to the M5. Regular and fast train services are available to London Paddington from Charlbury, Kingham and Kemble stations.
