Good Location Hotel With Disappointing Service
Poor customer service from the reception. They just dont bother with your request until you come down to them and make noise. Poor and torn towels and for that you have to wait for hours to get 1. Breakfast was horrible and with limited choices. Lift services was totally disappointing. Small and hot. The price that you pay is not worth for the services. Do not open your room window curtains. The view could be someone else apartment. Wifi was not working on that day and we were told that the services will be restored after 2 days. The advantage of this hotel is......its location. Nearby to major shopping mall complex in T Nagar. Walking distance.

This hotel is in the middle of Usman road.
Myself and my wife enjoyed our stay very well. As a matter of fact, we regularly visit Chennai in middle of Jan every year and we make it a point to stay in this hotel always. Good staff, good service and good location. .

Care to guests during Chennai Floods
During last Chennai floods, the hotel provided us with hot water, electricity (using own standby generator), WiFi (for most of the period) and good food. Many hotels in the surroundings did not provide such facilities during this period. We are thankful to the hotel and the staff.

Really good hotel - convenient to easily go to the shops Restaurant was very good - amazing service. Also had a spa - which was enjoyable after a long day shopping!!

Not that impressed. Need more improvements.
Stayed for 5 days. I must say I'm totally disappointed with the hotel. Room service is very poor, have to wait at least an hour after numerous call. The entire bathroom need serious cleaning. Toilet bowls are left with stains. Found cockroach running around in the bathroom. No Newspaper given throughout the stay. No complimentary water bottles were given until you ask for it. There's no complimentary tea/coffee. No kettle in the room. Wifi is only available but in the lobby. Mosquito in the lobby area especially at night when you left with no choice to use the wifi. Not much varieties of breakfast.

Gros problème de réveil et de taxi lors de notre départ du 12. L hotel devait nous réveiller à 3h30 et prévoir taxi pour l aéroport à 4h30. Nous avons été réveiller à 4h45 et le taxi n'était pas prêt. Bilan avion raté 560€ perdu et 780€ à payer pour rejoindre Madurai plus 11h d attente à l aéroport avec un bébé de 2 ans! Aucune mesure compensatoire de l hôtel, lors de notre retour le 21 janvier!
