We stayed here whilst watching Taylor Swift at Anfield. Perfect location, reasonably priced in comparison to what other hotels were charging (scandalous) and lovely room. Particular thanks to the staff at breakfast who gave my daughter a free fruit shoot and came over with 2 complimentary Starbucks vouchers. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A good stop on M6
This hotel was part of a long trip and we did stop for one night. Overall is good but the sofa bed isn't comfortable. The restaurant was good and the selection of food was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ok so you know what you get with Holiday Inn. However levels of service & cleanliness vary across the country. We spent 2 nights here and found the team very helpful, friendly and nothing g was too much trouble. On top of that the place was clean, tidy with good food and amenities. Money has obviously been spent keeping the place in a good condition which is reassuring. The family enjoyed the pool and being able to use it throughout the day

I stay here on a regular basis, but this visit was very disappointing. Desert was off, there were no Mugs for coffee. Staff refunded and were ever so apologetic. I hope it was a one off, its normally fine.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn. Anna on reception was brilliant before we arrived and Dylan checked us in perfectly. A great room and a very positive breakfast experience. Superb.
