Appartement refait à neuf en centre ville
En plein centre-ville, dans un ancien immeuble, un appartement entièrement refait à neuf.
La localisation est parfaite, un parking couvert à un tarif très raisonnable se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
L'appartement dispose de grandes pièces, l'équipement est tout neuf et complet. Le fait de manger sur des chaises hautes n'est pas à notre goût, et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus aurait été très bien, en-dehors de ces points tout est parfait. L'appartement est en retrait de la rue et bénéficie donc d'un très grand calme alors que les cafés, le marché se situent à ses pieds.
Conciergerie très arrangeante pour planifier arrivée et départ, excellents échanges, et les cadeaux de bienvenue de la propriétaire ont été très appréciés.
Enfin l'annonce n'est pas extrêmement précise mais c'est pour la bonne cause : l'appartement s'enrichit constamment en terme d'équipements, ce qui ne se traduit pas forcément sur les photos par exemple.
Une excellente adresse pour découvrir Cherbourg et ses environs.
